It is said that the purchase of a home may be the most significant decisions of one's life. If that is true, why is it that we have so little choice as to how we pay for someone to help us with that decision?

Standard industry practices could make you think that the commission model is the only possible fee structure for real estate brokerage services. During my experiences with consumers I have been asked, "Why don't I have the option to pay for just the real estate services that I need?"

And that is why I'm offering consumers a choice between traditional commission-based fees or a la carte services. In either case, my mission is to set the industry standard for quality of service while empowering clients to choose how they pay for that service.
